Biography

Overview

Spencer is an associate in the Debt Finance practice of White & Case's New York office. His practice focuses on the representation of major commercial banks, investment banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, primarily in the context of domestic and global leveraged acquisition financings. Spencer also has experience advising investment banks in connection with initial public offerings, whole business securitizations and collateralized loan obligations.
