Biography

Overview

Stéfanie is an associate in the Global Commercial Litigation Practice in White & Case’s New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal, state and bankruptcy courts. She has experience in a wide range of contract and business tort actions as well as bankruptcy litigation.

Stéfanie has experience working with both individual clients and large corporations in a variety of industries and assists clients in navigating the challenges of cross-border litigation. Stéfanie is also active in a variety of pro bono matters involving public international law and human rights law. She was recently involved in drafting an amicus curiae brief in an appeal to the New York Court of Appeals involving complex constitutional challenges surrounding cruel and unusual punishments clause and actual innocence claims.

Prior to joining White & Case LLP, Stéfanie served as a law clerk to Justice Russell Brown at the Supreme Court of Canada and practiced in a national Canadian law firm.
