Overview

Steven Levy is an attorney based in New York. He represents clients in a broad range of cases, including criminal trials and appeals, internal investigations, complex commercial disputes, and proceedings before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. In his pro bono work, Steven represents veterans in lawsuits against the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and in hearings before administrative tribunals.

Prior to joining White & Case, Steven served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert E. Bacharach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Honorable Richard M. Berman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Steven graduated from Yale Law School where he received the Joseph A. Chubb Competition Prize (Second Prize) for excellence in non-academic legal writing.
