Biography
Overview
Sushruta is an associate in the Dispute Resolution group in London. Since joining the firm in 2017, Sushruta has worked with a range of clients from the energy, mining, finance, infrastructure and maritime sectors. Her experience includes commercial, investment treaty and construction arbitrations under the LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID and ICC Rules, as well as advice on pre-dispute correspondence and settlement.
Prior to joining the Dispute Resolution group, Sushruta gained experience in the firm's corporate and capital markets practices.

Representing the minority shareholder in relation to a shareholder dispute concerning a port in West Africa under the LCIA arbitration rules.
Representing a shipping line in relation to a dispute regarding a terminal services agreement under the LCIA arbitration rules.
Representing a trading company in relation to a series of disputes concerning the delivery of oil under LCIA arbitration rules.
Representing a joint venture party in relation to a dispute between shareholders regarding operations at a West African port under the LCIA arbitration rules.
Representing the claimant in an investment treaty claim concerning a coal mine against an Eastern European State under the ICSID Rules.
Representing an Eastern European State in an investment treaty claim in relation to revocation of a banking licence under the ICSID Rules.
Representing an Eastern European State in an investment treaty claim concerning a real estate project under the UNCITRAL Rules.
Representing an Eastern European State in an investment treaty claim regarding insolvency of a company producing railcars under the ICSID (Additional Facility) Rules.
Representing the main contractor on one of the world's largest infrastructure projects located in Central America, in a series of related ICC arbitrations against the employer, worth in excess of US$1 billion.
Advising entities in various sectors, including oil & gas, electricity and shipping, on contractual interpretation, pre-action discussions and settlement negotiations.
