Overview

Szymon Tkaczyk is an associate in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice of White & Case. He provides legal assistance to clients in court, arbitration and administrative proceedings. The cases he has dealt with include construction claims (under FIDIC contract conditions) and post-M&A claims. He also advises one of the firm's leading clients from the social media sector in relation to various proceedings related to providing web hosting services in Poland.

He represented the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in two international moot court competitions concerning international commercial arbitration: the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

Prior to joining White & Case, he gained experience in leading international and Polish law firms.
