Representation of Ma'aden, a Saudi Arabian state owned diversified mining company, in respect of a joint venture with a foreign mining company for the development of gold deposits for mining and production purposes in Saudi Arabia.*

Representation of the noteholders in a private placement of US$350 million senior secured notes by the minority interest holder in a joint venture arrangement to supplement the financing of continued operations of a portfolio of solar and wind power project in various US states with an aggregate nameplate capacity of over 1,000 MW.*

Representation of the lenders in a US$200 million project refinancing in connection with the continued operation and expansion of a large scale crude and refined products infrastructure hub, including oil terminal and storage facilities.*

Representation of the sponsor member in a US$30 million project financing in a tax equity structure in connection with the development, construction and operation of a portfolio of hydrogen fuel cell electric generating assets located in New York.*
