Tara Agoston is an Associate in the International Arbitration Group in Paris. Her practice includes international commercial and investment arbitration.
Prior to joining White & Case, Tara completed her Masters of Law in Litigation and Dispute Resolution at University College London. She acquired experience in international arbitration with a major international law firm in Paris, including in international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as public international law.
Before completing her Masters of Law, Tara also gained experience as a solicitor in the commercial practice group of an Australian law firm in Melbourne.
Representing an Eastern European State in pending ICC arbitration proceedings relating to a toll road project in Eastern Europe;
Representing affiliates of a West European gas company in a claim under the Energy Charter Treaty against a Central European State;
Representing an Asian construction company in a dispute administered by SIAC in South East Asia;
Representing a West European construction company in a major construction dispute in South America; and
Representing a Dutch Investor in an investment treaty arbitration pending before ICSID against a Central European State.
