Tegan is an associate in the Debt Finance practice of White & Case's New York office. Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of major commercial banks, investment banks, direct lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities and leveraged acquisition financings, many of which are global in nature.
Tegan is currently on client secondment in the Global Capital Markets and Investment Banking Division Legal Team of a multinational financial institution.
Stone Point Capital
Representation of Stone Point Capital, in connection with a US$1.55 billion first lien term loan facility, a US$200 million first lien revolving credit facility, and a US$450 million second lien term loan facility, the proceeds of which were used to fund the acquisition of Duff & Phelps (including the repayment of Duff & Phelps’ outstanding debt). Tegan also represented Stone Point Capital LLC and Duff & Phelps in connection with a US$300 million first lien incremental term loan facility in connection with a potential acquisition.
IFM Global Infrastructure Fund
Representation of IFM Investors in connection with a senior secured US$2.25 billion term loan B and a senior secured US$600 million revolving credit facility to finance its acquisition of Buckeye Partners, L.P. The acquisition was effected as an all-cash public-to-private transaction with an enterprise value of US$10.3 billion.
Representation of Deutsche Bank as lead arranger in connection with a US$3 billion multicurrency revolving facility for Ball Corporation to support the acquisition of Rexam PLC.
