Tereza Vaculíková, an associate of the Prague office, is a member of the M&A/Corporate and Private Equity practice groups. She joined White & Case in 2017 as a legal intern, and worked for the firm until her graduation from the Law Faculty of Masaryk University.
During her studies, she took part in a two-year course of English and EU law under the auspices of Cambridge University and the British Law Centre. Tereza also participated in the 24th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition, and took part in several internships abroad in Brussels and Birmingham.
After her graduation in 2018, she worked as a visiting associate for Boston Consulting Group on a digital transformation project for a major Islamic bank in Qatar. After her return from Qatar, she rejoined White & Case as an associate, where she mainly focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law.
In the area of mergers and acquisitions, as a legal intern Tereza was engaged with the acquisition of Telenor’s telecommunications assets in Central & Eastern Europe, which represented the largest M&A transaction in the CEE telecoms sector, and the largest loan syndication in the region, since 2011.
