Theresa Borden is an associate in White & Case's New York office where her practice focuses on international arbitration. She also spent a year working in the Firm's Paris office.
Prior to joining White & Case, Theresa worked as a legal clerk at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. During law school, she was a clinical student at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society and an Executive Editor of the Harvard Environmental Law Journal.
