Biography

Overview

Thomas is an associate in the Firm's Commercial Litigation practice and is based in the Chicago office. He focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes and alternative dispute resolution. In this capacity, Thomas advises clients on all stages of litigation, from pleadings, discovery and motions practice, to trial, settlement and appeal. In law school, Thomas served on the Editorial Board of the Duke Law Journal.
