Overview

Tim Sheddick is a partner in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London and a member of the EMEA Private Equity team.

Tim advises infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds pension funds and other financial sponsor clients on public and private M&A including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, co-investments and restructuring. Tim has a particular focus on the infrastructure sector.
