Tola Oyeyemi is an associate in the New York office and a member of the firm's Global Antitrust/Competition group. Tola supports clients in complex litigation matters in the areas of antitrust and intellectual property, with a focus on the pharmaceutical, communications and technology industries. Tola's legal experience includes: analyzing documents, legal research, drafting and producing fact discovery, and deposition preparation in class actions, patent disputes and foreign investigations.
Tola also maintains an active practice in a variety of pro bono matters, including criminal appeals, labor rights and human trafficking.
Prior to joining White & Case, Tola completed a federal clerkship for the Honorable Timothy M. Reif of the United States Court of International Trade. Tola graduated from Columbia Law School and served as a Managing Editor for the Journal of Transnational Law, completed a full-time externship at the Department of Labor's Bureau of International Labor Affairs, Trade and Policy Division and completed an externship at the Court of International Trade. Prior to law school, Tola graduated from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service cum laude studying International Economics.
