Overview

Tomasz Pawłowski focuses his practice on banking, commercial and civil law. He is experienced in providing legal assistance to international and domestic clients with respect to a wide range of financing transactions, including project finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance transactions. Tomasz represents both financial institutions and borrowers.

Prior to joining White & Case, Tomasz gained experience in a leading Polish law firm.

Berlin Hyp AG and Erste Group Bank AG: representation of the banks in connection with the €205 million refinancing of a portfolio of seven office buildings located in Warsaw belonging to Immofinanz.

Ghelamco: representation of Ghelamco in connection with a €370 million refinancing of the existing indebtedness incurred by Ghelamco's subsidiaries in connection with the construction of the Warsaw Spire, a complex of office buildings in Warsaw.
