Tristan is a member of the Firm's Global Commercial Litigation practice.
Tristan advises clients in complex commercial disputes with a special focus on defending domestic and multinational technology clients. Tristan has successfully litigated cases throughout Germany involving, notably, intermediary liability of internet platform providers, personality and privacy rights regarding user-generated content, and Basic Rights issues. He has also defended clients in interim injunction proceedings. Tristan understands the litigation landscape throughout Germany which technology companies are facing, and helps them navigate through these complex issues when disputes arise.
Prior to joining White & Case, Tristan gained experience in the field of dispute resolution as a trainee lawyer at several international and German law firms in Munich, Brussels and London.
He taught administrative and constitutional law at the University of Augsburg.
