Tyree is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group in White & Case's Los Angeles office. His practice broadly focuses on advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.

Tyree earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Los Angeles. Prior to law school, Tyree graduated magna cum laude from California State University Northridge where he earned a degree in financial analysis.
