Represented a syndicate of banks led by Banco Santander (México) in a MXN 4,500 million refinancing credit facility granted to Grupo Traxión.*

International Pharmaceutical Company Syndicated Loan, 2018

Represented a syndicate of banks and financial institutions in a MXN 11,000 million refinancing credit facility granted to an international pharmaceutical company secured by real estate properties and trademarks.*

Planigrupo LATAM CKD tender offer and IPO in the Mexican Stock Exchange, 2016

Represented Planigrupo LATAM in the first tender offer for a CKD-listed fund in Mexico as well as in its initial public offering of shares in the Mexican Stock Exchange.*

ION Financiera Commercial Paper Debt Program and First Issuance, 2016

Represented ION Financiera, a regulated Mexican non-bank bank SOFOM (Sociedad Financiera de Objeto Múltiple), Punto Casa de Bolsa and Actinver Casa de Bolsa in the establishment of a Mexican commercial paper debt program for a total amount of MXN 200 million and the first issuance of debt certificates under the program in the Mexican Stock Exchange.*

América Móvil Euro Senior Notes Offering, 2016

Represented several underwriters in the purchase of €850 million 1.500% Senior Notes due 2024 and €650 million 2.125% Senior Notes due 2028 offering by América Móvil.*

INFONAVIT and FHipo Joint Mortgage Loan Securitization and Registration of a Co-Financing Debt Certificates Program, 2015

Represented INFONAVIT and FHipo—the first mortgage real estate investment trust in Mexico specialized in the acquisition, origination and management of mortgage loans portfolios—in a joint mortgage loan securitization for a total amount of MXN 4,230 million in the Mexican Stock Exchange. Also advised INFONAVIT in the establishment of a Co-Financing Debt Certificates Program with the participation of FHipo and several Mexican banks.*

Siglo XXI Toll Road Construction Syndicated Loan, 2015

Represented Banorte and Banobras in a syndicated loan facility of MXN 1,200 million for the construction of the type A2 toll road Siglo XXI, "Jantetelco-El Higuerón (Xicatlacotla)" with a length of 61.8 kilometers in the state of Morelos.*

Acquisition of SinDelantal México, 2015

Participated in advising Just Eat plc, a company headquartered in London and listed in the London Stock Exchange, in the acquisition of SinDelantal México.*

Grupo Rotoplas IPO in the Mexican Stock Exchange and Other International Markets, 2014

Participated in advising the Mexican underwriters in the initial public offering of shares by Grupo Rotoplas in the Mexican Stock Exchange and other international markets in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act.*

IEnova IPO in the Mexican Stock Exchange and Other International Markets, 2013

Participated in advising IEnova in its US$571 million initial public offering of shares in the Mexican Stock Exchange and other international markets in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act. This was the first-ever IPO from the energy sector made over the Mexican Stock Exchange.*
