Valentina Calò is an associate in the Milan office and practices in the area of Banking & Finance.

Valentina advises banks, financial institutions, private equity funds and corporates clients on domestic and cross border finance transactions with a general focus on debt capital markets transactions and LBO transactions, including high-yield bond, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending, restructuring and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case, Valentina practiced in the Debt Finance department of an international law firm and previously at an Italian law firm, both in Milan.
