White & Case advises doValue on €330 million loan agreement and €60 million private placement

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised doValue S.p.A., a leading pan-European provider of credit management services, on the refinancing of its existing credit facilities through a new senior facilities agreement, together with the private placement of €60 million of 5.375% senior secured notes due 2031.

The facility agreement has an aggregate amount of €330 million and comprises a €250 million term facility and a revolving credit facility of up to €80 million.

The notes have been issued and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the US Securities Act, listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market.

The White & Case team which advised on the private placement was led by partners Michael Immordino (London & Milan) and Evgeny Scirto Ostrovskiy (Milan & London) and included associate Pietro Bancalari (London & Milan) and lawyer Stefano Cultrera (Milan). Partner Stefano Bellani (Milan) and associates Valentina Calò and Amedeo Bardelli (both Milan) advised on the debt finance aspects of the transaction.
