Valentina Scheler is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions /Private Equity practice group in the Firm's Frankfurt office.
She advises in the areas of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions as well as corporate law.
Prior to joining White & Case as an associate 2024, Valentina Scheler gained practical experience by working as a research assistant and trainee lawyer for renowned national and international law firms in Frankfurt in the field of Real Estate, Franchise Law and IP Law.
