Vanessa Soderberg is a litigation associate in White & Case's New York office. Ms. Soderberg's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, bankruptcy, and fiduciary litigation.
Ms. Soderberg represents clients in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, marketing and manufacturing, and financial services.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Soderberg worked for the Crown Prosecutor's Office in Canada, where she focused on criminal appeals, including participating in all aspects of a large-scale fraud appeal.
Ms. Soderberg has also been active in a variety of pro bono matters involving public international and human rights law.

Representing a leading French financial institution in connection with US antitrust, commodity exchange act, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), and fraud claims, in relation to the setting of LIBOR and EURIBOR.
