Victor A. Thonke advises clients on all aspects of public commercial law.
Victor offers a deep expertise for European and regulatory law, with a particular emphasis on digital services and legal innovation. His practice focuses on digital platform regulation (including social media), public procurement law, export and foreign direct investment control as well as German and European competition law. Furthermore, he is specialized in constitutional and international law.
Victor advises on regulatory matters across a variety of industrial sectors. His clients include both private and public entities.
Prior to joining White & Case, Victor worked for an international law firm in Brussels and gained experience as a trainee lawyer at the Federal Ministry of Justice in Berlin and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
