Biography
Overview
Victoria is a corporate associate and resident in the New York office. Her practice focuses on the representation of major investments banks, private equity funds, alternative capital providers and other domestic and international corporate borrowers in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged acquisition financings and private investments across a broad range of industries. Victoria is actively involved in the Firm's Pro Bono initiatives.

Representation of Antin Infrastructure Partners in the US$1.25 billion acquisition of Veolia Group's district energy assets in the United States.
Representation of UBS Securities LLC, Jefferies Finance LLC, Barclays Bank PLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. in connection with a US$1.425 billion financing of the acquisition of Dell Technologies' (NYSE: DELL) RSA by a consortium led by Symphony Technology Group, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board and Alpinvest Partners.
Representation of Enercare, Inc., a portfolio company of Brookfield Asset Management, in connection with the refinancing of its Revolving Credit Facility.
Representation of Investcorp in its acquisition of Multivision, LLC, an IT solutions and training provider.

Representation of Calpine Corporation in its sale of two gas-fired power plants, Garrison Energy Center, a 325 MW combined cycle plant located in Delaware, and RockGen Energy Center, a 503 MW peaker located in Wisconsin, to Starwood Energy.
