Waterland Private Equity-backed Companionco BE B.V. in the acquisition of a significant stake in the capital of Auren Holding SP, S.L.P., a multidisciplinary professional services firm in Spain, specializing in audit, legal advisory, consulting and corporate finance services.
Modon on its 100% acquisition of La Zagaleta.
Waterland PE of an add-on to the acquisition of a majority stake of Investigación y Control de Calidad, S.A. ("Incosa"), by EC Partners Spanish Bidco, S.L.U.
