Victoria Rodríguez is a member of the International Arbitration group at White & Case, based in Mexico City. She focuses her practice on the areas of international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and commercial litigation. Victoria has relevant experience in arbitrations related to energy, construction and investment disputes between parties of diverse nationalities. In addition, she has been involved in jurisdictional trade procedures in México, regarding unfair practices in international trade, conducted by the Ministry of Economy.
In addition, Victoria is research fellow of the Dr. Nuria González Martín, an awarded author in the field of International Private Law, researcher in Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and visiting fellow in Stanford University.
