Biography
Violet Tian is an associate in the Global Intellectual Property practice group at White & Case LLP. She represents clients in a range of intellectual property disputes, including domestic Hatch-Waxman Act litigation and cross-border matters before the International Trade Court. Prior to joining White & Case, Violet was an associate at another leading international law firm. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on appellate and administrative law related matters.
Violet graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as staff editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy. During law school, Violet completed advanced coursework on intellectual property law in the pharmaceutical and antitrust contexts.
Violet holds a Bachelor of Laws in International Policy from Fudan University.
