Overview

Vladimir Nyagolov concentrates on advising on international trade law, including anti-dumping and anti-subsidy, as well as EU competition law matters. Vladimir Nyagolov's extensive experience includes a large number of unfair trade cases before the European Commission, the US Department of Commerce, and the US International Trade Commission. Trade cases on which he has worked have covered a variety of different products in the steel, chemical, agricultural and other sectors and have involved a long list of countries in Europe, the Americas and Asia. Mr. Nyagolov frequently advises third-country exporters. He is also experienced in assisting European industries to file complaints with the European Commission about unfair trading practices. Mr. Nyagolov has also worked on a number of mergers and acquisitions involving large multinational companies and various products. Vladimir Nyagolov has produced various presentations on EU trade law and customs developments. He also regularly monitors EU and international trade developments and provides clients with tailored analyses of their significance for the clients' business activities.
