Wendy Rosati

Wendy Rosati is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance Group of White & Case. She assists clients with matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and state public utility commissions, with a particular focus on issues involving the Federal Power Act (FPA), the Natural Gas Act (NGA), and the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act (PURPA).

Wendy assists international and domestic clients with regulatory and transactional matters. She has provided counsel to natural gas pipelines, electric utilities, industrial power consumers, and other entities subject to federal energy laws on matters such as tariff filings, FERC investigations, and reporting obligations. Additionally, Wendy has experience with energy regulatory matters that arise in the context of M&A transactions, project financings, and contract negotiations.

Wendy is also involved with the Firm's pro bono matters. She was part of a team that represented non-profit organizations in a commercial arbitration, and she is assisting with litigation regarding prisoners' rights.

Prior to joining White & Case, Wendy graduated cum laude from George Washington University Law School. During law school, Wendy was a member of the Law Review and interned at the American Wind Energy Association and the Environmental Protection Agency.
