Overview

Will Willoughby is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London. 

Will has experience advising on a broad range of corporate matters for both domestic and international clients, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate governance and advisory matters.

Will regularly works on transactions across multiple jurisdictions in a range of industry sectors, with a particular focus on the technology, pharmaceuticals & healthcare and financial services sectors. 

Prior to joining White & Case, Will trained at a leading global law firm.
