Biography

Overview

Will is an associate in the International Trade Group and White Collar Practice in the Boston and Washington, DC offices. He has represented domestic, foreign, and multinational companies in trade remedy proceedings before the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission. He also has related litigation experience representing clients in appeals of agency determinations before the US Court of International Trade and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Will's white collar experience includes representing corporations and individuals in connection with investigations and litigation regarding alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and US securities laws.

Will has extensive experience in China and has advocated in proceedings held in Mandarin and English.  Will also maintains an extensive pro bono practice.

Prior to joining the Firm, Will worked at another law firm in Washington, DC, where he specialized in international trade and antitrust matters.
