Yajur Kapoor
Biography
Overview
Yajur is an associate in White & Case's Dispute Resolution group based in London. His practice includes representing and advising clients across a variety of industries in international arbitration and commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on complex cross-border arbitrations.
Prior to joining the Dispute Resolution group, Yajur gained experience in the Firm's Project Finance and Capital Markets practices in London. He has also spent time working in White & Case's Geneva office, where he specialised in international arbitration.
Yajur is committed to pro bono work and is actively involved in a number of pro bono initiatives within the Firm, including the Royal Courts of Justice Advice Bureau. In addition, he regularly provides support to mentoring schemes that are aimed at improving access to the legal profession.
Experience
Acting for an international oil & gas company in one of the largest arbitration proceedings in the world concerning the construction of an LNG processing facility in Asia-Pacific.
Acting for a joint venture EPC contractor in arbitral proceedings arising out of a renewable power plant project in North Western Europe.
Acting for an EPC contractor in arbitral proceedings concerning the construction of an industrial chemical processing plant in Western Australia.
