Yashvini Janakan

Yash is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice, based in Singapore.

She has experience in a broad range of cross-border transactional work for private equity and corporate clients including sales and acquisitions, portfolio company bolt-ons and management incentive schemes. She has also assisted clients with corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory work.  Yash has previously worked in Sydney and London.
