Biography

Overview

Yasin is an associate in White & Case's Global Mergers & Acquisitions group in the Firm's Houston office.

Yasin's practice focuses on the representation of both public and private companies and financial sponsors engaged in domestic or cross-border M&A or private equity transactions. His experience includes complex business combinations, including public and private company M&A, portfolio company acquisitions or sales, reverse listing through special purpose acquisition vehicles (SPACs), cross-border transactions and general corporate matters.

Yasin's experience includes corporate finance as well, comprising of transactions in acquisition financing, reserve-based lending and debt restructurings.

Prior to joining White & Case, Yasin was an associate in the Houston office of another leading global law firm.

Yasin graduated with his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as an executive editor of the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology.
