Overview

Yuiyee is an associate in White & Case’s Asia Debt Finance and Restructuring practice, based in Hong Kong.

Yuiyee advises sponsors, banks, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a variety of finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged financings, mezzanine financings, margin loans, credit fund financings and real estate financings.

A consortium led by Gaw Capital Partners in relation to a HK$8.33 billion term and revolving loan facilities arranged by United Overseas Bank Limited, Standard Chartered Bank and Hang Seng Bank Limited for the acquisition of commercial real estate in Hong Kong from Swire Properties Limited.

A joint venture consortium led by Phoenix Property Investors in a HK$2.18 billion syndicated senior secured term loan facility provided by a lenders group of seven banks to finance the acquisition of three properties in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories and general working capital needs with respect to these properties.

Bain Capital Credit in a convertible loan to a Chinese real estate company.

A global sponsor in a bridge loan finance for the acquisition and development of an Internet data center in Shanghai.

A Hong Kong investment management firm as lender in relation to a HK$80 million term loan to a BVI-incorporated borrower, a subsidiary of a PRC property developer.

An Asian asset management firm as lender in a US dollar term loan facility to a Hong Kong company to fund construction projects in Thailand.
