Advising ECAs in connection with an ECA-supported capital markets refinancing of ten aircraft in multiple jurisdictions.
Advising ECAs in connection with ECA-supported financings of ATR aircraft for Lion Air leased to various airlines based in Malaysia and Indonesia.
Assisting in the representation of Qatar Petroleum and Shell as sponsors (prior to the decision by the sponsors to cancel the project) in connection with the development and financing of the proposed Al Karaana petrochemical project in the State of Qatar.
Assisting in the representation of KLPE, a joint venture consisting of United Chemicals Company, SAT and LG Chem, in connection with the US$4 billion development and financing of a petrochemical facility in Kazakhstan.
Assisting in the representation of PetroNeft Resources plc, an oil and gas exploration and production company, on the sale of a 50 percent non-operating interest in its License 61 project located in Russia's Western Siberia basin.
