A new webinar series brought White & Case partners, clients and industry experts together to share insights during a dynamic time
As COVID-19 created new global realities, we sought ways to help our clients make sense of the rapidly changing business landscape. We recognized that no one individual or organization had all the answers, and that we and our clients had much to learn from each other and from industry experts. To facilitate these conversations, we created and hosted Windows of Opportunity, a series of five webinars that launched in fall 2020 and addressed the topics of special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), sustainability goals, funding net-zero energy emissions, leveraging the power of digital transformation and cybersecurity risk management.
The webinars featured journalists, industry experts, Firm clients and partners from our European and US offices.
To boost engagement, we used an interactive platform that created an immersive and seamless audience experience. Webinar viewers were able to submit questions during the program and participate in instant polls that gave them a sense of how their views compared with those of their peers.
The first webinar was about SPACs and drew 300 participants from around the world. We concluded the series with a webinar on funding net-zero energy emissions, which more than 500 people attended. Clients said they found the sessions thought-provoking, well facilitated and engaging.
