The Deal Names Three White & Case Transactions among its Deals of the Year

M&A intelligence service The Deal honored three transactions on which White & Case advised among its "Deals of the Year" for 2022, including the top honor, "Most Outstanding Deal of the Year."

The "Deals of the Year" on which White & Case advised were:

• Most Outstanding Deal of the Year: Discovery Acquires Warner Media From AT&T for US$43 Billion
• Restructuring of the Year: Hertz Gives Shareholders Cash and Stock Recovery
• Outstanding Deals of the Year: Amazon Adds Movie Studio MGM for US$8.45 Billion

The Deal Awards recognize "the elite advisers and service providers who power the deal economy…. the advisers, firms and banks driving the market forward," according to The Deal.
