Raymond Bogenrief, Adam Cieply, Erin Hanson and Morgan Hollins have been named to The M&A Advisor's 2019 Emerging Leaders in M&A. The list highlights the achievements of young professionals who have made significant contributions to the M&A industry and community.

This year's winners were selected for their respective achievements and chosen by an independent judging committee of M&A professionals. The awards will be presented to them at The M&A Advisor's 10th Annual Emerging Leaders Recognition Awards Gala in New York on September 17, 2019.

Raymond Bogenrief is an M&A partner based in the Chicago office. Ray focuses on complex business transactions, especially leveraged buyouts for private equity funds and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has represented some of the largest names in private equity, as well as various public and private companies in negotiating and structuring their endeavors.

Adam Cieply is a senior M&A associate in the New York office. Adam represents domestic and international buyers and sellers in private and public domestic, cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and private investments in a wide array of industries.

Erin Hanson is a senior M&A associate focusing on technology transactions. Erin's expertise reaches internationally, having practiced in both Australia and the United States. Her work includes representing large corporations (including major technology companies) and financial institutions in a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures involving technology and valuable intellectual property, technology development, licensing and distribution, and strategic outsourcing.

Morgan Hollins is a Counsel based in the Houston office. Morgan's work includes a wide range of both domestic and international corporate and transactional matters. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, MLP dropdowns and joint ventures, as well as corporate governance matters and deal structures relating to acquisitions, divestitures and exit strategies.
