For nearly 14 years, Mike has been overseeing the CFIUS review process on behalf of the Department of Energy, which is a key security member agency of CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S). At the seminar, he will share with the audience valuable insights, best practices and lessons learnt.
