  • Tuesday, 24th of November 2026 – This event features an exclusive conversation with Spencer Collins, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Head of Corporate Development at Arm Holdings, and Patrick Sarch, Head of Public M&A at White & Case.   • Wednesday, 13th of May 2026 – This event featured White & Case partners Anneka Randhawa and Neill Blundell in conversation with Matthew Wagstaff, Director of Legal Services and General Counsel at the UK Serious Fraud Office, for a discussion on the evolving global enforcement landscape, international cooperation and the future of corporate investigations. Drawing on his experience at the SFO, Matthew shared insights on self-reporting, the "failure to prevent" offences, and the growing role of AI in enforcement and investigations, as well as what in-house teams should be doing to prepare for increased regulatory scrutiny.
