The Daily Journal recognized White & Case partner Yar Chaikovsky in its issue featuring the Top Intellectual Property lawyers working in patent, trademark and copyright litigation.

In his profile, Yar spoke about his move to White & Case last March, noting, "We have a great global platform here, and that's very helpful to our clients."

Yar also commented on AI's impact on IP as well as a few cases he's working on, including at the U.S. International Trade Commission and in district court. "We argued that many of the claims lack merit," said Yar. "This is of great benefit to our client."
