Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Capital Markets Practice with the addition of Adam Johnson as a partner in New York.

"Continuing to invest in our US capabilities and expanding our Capital Markets bench are priorities for White & Case," said the Firm's Chair Heather McDevitt. "Adam's arrival advances these ambitions and strengthens our ability to advise on the market's most transformative capital raisings."

Johnson advises leading financial institutions and companies on accessing capital through initial public offerings, equity financings, secured and unsecured high-yield debt offerings and private capital transactions, across a variety of industries. He joins White & Case from Goodwin Procter, where he was a partner.

"Adam brings a strong track record of excellent client outcomes across a variety of high stakes capital solutions," said White & Case Co-Head of Global Capital Markets John Vetterli. "As we continue to build a top tier equity capital markets capability, Adam builds on our growth momentum and strengthens our client offering for both companies and investment banks."

White & Case has continued to expand its finance capability globally over the past year, with the additions of Capital Markets partners Rubi Ali and Drew Valentine in New York; Debt Finance partners Christophe Wauters in Brussels and Luca Maffia in Milan; and Project Development and Finance partners Serra Tar in London and John Donaleski in New York.
