White & Case advises Atlantia on €1.5 billion sustainability-linked financing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Atlantia S.p.A. on the extension to 2025 of the maturity of its revolving credit facility for a maximum total amount of €1.5 billion.
The loan also includes an option to convert into a sustainability-linked revolving credit facility to be exercised by March 2023.
The pool of lenders included Banco BPM, BNP Paribas, Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca, UniCredit, Société Générale, Crédit Agricole CIB and HSBC.
The White & Case team in Milan that advised on the transaction included partners Andrea Novarese and Ferigo Foscari and associates Francesco Mozzone, Pietro Magnaghi and Francesco Pirisi.
