White & Case advises Banco de Credito del Peru on US$400 million financing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Banco de Credito del Peru (BCP), the largest commercial bank in Peru and subsidiary of Credicorp Ltd. (Credicorp) on an up to US$400 million ten-year subordinated loan financing package provided by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), of which US$250 million was disbursed at closing.
In providing the financing, IFC will support BCP in expanding access, and strengthening its green finance and sustainability efforts, focusing on green buildings and climate-smart agriculture.
