White & Case advises bank syndicate on Pernod Ricard’s €1 billion bond issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a syndicate of banks on Pernod Ricard's public dual tranche bond issue for an aggregate amount of €1 billion.

The transaction comprises the issuance of two tranches, one of €500 million with a coupon of 3.25 % maturing in 2033, and another of €500 million with a coupon of 3.75% maturing in 2037. In addition, Pernod Ricard issued a private placement for an aggregate amount of €200 million maturing in 2027.

The issuance was carried out under Pernod Ricard's EMTN program and admitted to trading on Euronext Paris. Pernod Ricard will use the net proceeds of the issuance for general corporate purposes.

Pernod Ricard is a worldwide leader in the spirits and wine industry.
