White & Case advises consortium of lenders on PLN 1.6 billion SLL financing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised PKO Bank Polski, BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and Bank Millennium S.A. on the PLN 1.6 billion financing to Tarczyński S.A (Tarczyński group).
The facilities will be used to reorganise the existing indebtedness structure of the Tarczyński group as well as to support its investment and strategic growth ambitions in the food sector, including implementation of new projects and enhancement of production infrastructure and the Group's ongoing operations.
The financing includes sustainability-linked loan (SLL) elements, reflecting the parties' commitment to integrating ESG considerations into the Group's financing structure and aligning the terms of the facilities with its sustainability strategy.
Tarczyński group is a leading Polish producer of high-quality meat products and protein-based snacks, including packaged cold cuts, kabanos sausages and other convenient, ready-to-eat products, with a strong and growing presence both in Poland and in international markets.
