Global law firm White & Case has advised a leading senior debt fund specialising in supporting fast-growing international middle market companies on private debt financing provided to Movex S.p.A. (Movex).
The transaction is part of the strategic growth path pursued by Movex and follows the acquisition and subsequent integration of Eurobelt in 2025, which has significantly expanded the company’s expertise in food transportation and its international geographic footprint.
Movex has been part of Armira’s portfolio since 2021 and is a European leader in the production of chains, modular belts and conveyor components.
