White & Case advises EcoDataCenter on €600 million debt financing to accelerate growth

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised EcoDataCenter on its €600 million debt financing, which will accelerate its expansion and investment in scalable, energy-efficient data centers.

"Our cross-border debt finance team has once again advised EcoDataCenter on a significant debt finance raise, supporting their continued expansion of sustainable data centers in the Nordics," said White & Case partner Shane McDonald, who led the Firm's deal team.

EcoDataCenter is a pioneering Swedish Data Center firm that aims to be the Nordic region’s leading provider of sustainable and secure data center solutions. EcoDataCenter is owned by Swedish fund manager Areim AB and is committed to reducing their environmental impact and helping their clients do the same.

The financing in this transaction was provided by Deutsche Bank Private Credit and Infrastructure.
