White & Case advises Erste Bank Polska and mBank on Suntago water park financing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Erste Bank Polska S.A. and mBank S.A. on a PLN 550 million financing provided to Global Parks Poland sp. z o.o.

Suntago is a landmark water recreation and amusement complex and one of the most significant leisure projects in Poland and the wider CEE region. The facilities were structured to refinance and reorganize the borrower’s existing debt and to support the project’s long-term development.

The White & Case team in Warsaw which advised on the transaction included partner Grzegorz Abram, local partner Michał Oleś and associate Anna Stawińska.
