White & Case advises Eurazeo Investment Manager on unitranche financing for acquisition of Tennaxia by Marlin Equity Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised funds managed by Eurazeo Investment Manager on a unitranche financing for the acquisition of Tennaxia by Marlin Equity Partners.

Tennaxia is a France-headquartered software-as-a-service company. Marlin Equity Partners is a global investment firm focused on the software, technology, healthcare, services and industrial technology sectors which has completed more than 200 acquisitions and has in excess of US$8.5 billion of capital under management.
